The snake and the little blue bird were friends in the garden. The first garden. They got to knew each other right after the creation, meeting in the branches of an apple tree. They talked and laughed and sang together and had many great adventures exploring their new existence as matter. The little bird could fly very high, kissing the clouds. The snake could glide like the wind through the woods, praising the earth. They met in the branches of the most beautiful trees, right in the middle of sky and ground and loved each other dearly. They sang together the most beautiful songs. But then something terrible happened. No one was killing anybody in paradise but the human apes. They threw a stone at the bird and it fell down and died. The snake wailed and was heartbroken. It cried raindrops, asking the blurry clouds (it couldn’t see very well even back then) for dreams about their gone little fellow. There are no birds left only mirrow images on the rippling water they left us for warmth an endless rational winter this humanity maybe the birds were angels they always made me happy somewhat in my darkest hours like now. but mirrows are all that’s left and I am loosing my body the sky is grey all the clouds swallow and I pray to them keep the last wispers of warmth down here.
